Residential Window Cleaning
Minimum starting rate of $150 for exterior window cleaning only.
This will include the removal of hard water spots, paint, sticky residue, dried mud, and dust from your windows. As well as a complimentary window screen cleaning.
Interior window cleaning is available at a separate cost, which is half the price of your exterior rate. (French style or cut-up windows are exempt from this pricing and are generally equal price per side.)
* Price will vary depending on the number of window panes, size of panes,
type of windows, the height of windows, window wells, and the amount of hard water/debris buildup on glass.
We can also provide at an additional cost:
- Window Track and Sill Cleaning
- Window Frame Cleaning
- Screen Door Cleaning
Window Well Cleaning
Minimum $15 per window well.
This will include the removal of debris from your window well, and a sweep of cobwebs and dust from the walls/corners.

Commercial and Store Front Window Cleaning
Contact us with more information about your business/building and we can schedule a free estimate for a one time clean or contract based job.
(ie: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
*We currently do not offer cleaning on buildings taller than 5 stories.
Gutter Cleaning
Minimum Starting rate of $175. This will include the removal of all organic debris and sediment from your gutters and downspouts.
As well as a cleanup of any siding, driveways, porches, or patio areas from fallen and removed debris.
* Price will vary depending on the height of gutters, total length, and amount of debris.
Outdoor French Drain/Underground Drain Cleaning
Starting at $40 for one drain. Each additional drain is $25.
This service is performed using high water pressure flowing through a hose equipped with a special nozzle that is propelled down the drain and to the exit. This method is sure to clear any clogs or possible debris lining the drain pipe.
*Please note. This is a service usually performed as an add-on service to gutter cleaning.
*If you require French Drain flushing as a stand-alone service the minimum rate is $100 for a single drain.
Each additional drain is $35.

*Please note, that some of our cleaning processes may require the use of strong chemical cleaning agents that may be harmful to pets, plants, and humans upon immediate exposure. We use these with care to provide the best results and thoroughly rinse away, and neutralize any residual amounts upon completion of the job. (See FAQ for more info)

Residential Dryer Duct Cleaning
Starting at $125 for any main-level or basement-level dryer.
Second story ladder access dryer vent starts at $225.
Roof access dryer vent starts at $250
This process uses specialized equipment to brush away any lint or debris lining your dryer's duct. Sure to clear out any obstructions or trapped material. All debris is vacuumed away in the laundry area and your dryer's lint trap is cleaned of any loose lint upon completion.
Deck Refinishing/Staining
This service is estimated based on sqft. and cost of material. Pricing per ft.² varies based on the type of old coating needing to be removed, obstacles or additions to the deck that need removing to properly complete the service, and the complexity of the access to varying parts of the project area.

Our process generally involves a chemical stripping of old stains both oil and water-based.
Secondly, we perform a chemical brightening of the wood and neutralizing of our stripping agent.
This is followed by screwing down any loose boards and a thorough sanding of the entire project area in preparation for a new stain application.
Lastly, we apply a high-quality contractor-grade oil-based stain that won't flake or peel. This is sure to last a minimum of 3 years before needing a simple and less costly recoat.
Our stain options come in a variety of colors to choose from.
*We offer a 2-year warranty on our work should the stain prematurely fail or fade due to errors in the application.
*Upon customer's preference we will use stain options that aren't directly recommended by us, although this option would void any warranty of our work.
