Window Well Cleaning
Minimum $15 - $25 per window well cleanout. for small wells.
Up to $30 - $60 per window well cleanout for most standard-sized large wells
$40 - $120 per window well cleanout for varying-sized stone retaining wall window wells
This will include the removal of debris, unwanted plants, and trash from your window well. As well as a sweep of cobwebs and dust from the walls/corners.

For a standalone service of window well cleaning, your rate per well may be increased to account for a minimum trip charge of $150 for our technicians to meet.

Window Well Refinishing
Minimum $125 per small-sized window well
Minimum $225 per standard-sized window well.
Minimum $260 per Stone Retaining Wall window well

This will include a full-service cleaning of debris, cobwebs, and dust
from the ground surface and walls.
Excavation of excess soil, old stones, rocks, or gravel will be performed, followed by proper grading of the ground level in preparation for applying a weed barrier fabric if necessary.

Next, a 2-inch depth of decorative stone, rock, or gravel will be added based on customer preference.
​
Lastly, a complimentary cleaning of the glass, screen, and the exterior track of the window is performed to ensure a clear view of your newly restored window well!
